Ryan was appointed to Skycrest in January of 2022. He holds a Master of Divinity from Duke Divinity School and a Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, along with a Bachelor of Social Work from Florida State University. Ryan is married to Kristen, and they have three young children. He enjoys photography, cooking, chess, and music.

Sharon has been a resident of Dunedin, FL for the past several years. She has many years of experience working with churches and enjoys meeting with members and volunteers. Originally from Illinois she resided in New Jersey for over 30 years. She has two adult children - Mackenzie and Austin. She enjoys reading, swimming, and visits with family.

Kevin has experience leading musical initiatives within religious and nonprofit organizations and has a deep commitment to fostering musical and creative expression. In addition to music, Kevin operates Dorey Insurance & Benefit Group, where he specializes in Life, Health, and Workplace insurance. Kevin holds a Master of Arts in Worship and Leadership from Hope International University and has 2 adult children. He loves the beach, going to concerts and travel.

A graduate of Clemson University in South Carolina, Meg Delgato moved to St. Petersburg, Florida, in June 2002, and began her career at St. Petersburg College (SPC). She currently serves as a faculty member in the Communications Department on the Clearwater Campus. Meg joined Skycrest in the summer of 2021. Since then, she has served on the Visioning Team, participates in taking communion to our homebound members, sings in the choir, and enjoys helping in any way she can. Meg considers herself a Micah 6:8 girl, and she wants nothing more than to act justly, embrace faithful love, and walk humbly with the Lord. 

Church music has always been Ginger's passion. Even before she received her music education at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, she was playing in churches by age 15. She has 3 daughters, 5 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.

Lisa started at Skycrest in January of 2021. Outside of Skycrest she is a birth and end of life doula, web designer, and writer. She is married with three children and three grandchildren. Her hobbies include photography, cooking, and gardening.
