Ryan was appointed to Skycrest in January of 2022. He holds a Master of Divinity from Duke Divinity School and a Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, along with a Bachelor of Social Work from Florida State University. Ryan is married to Kristen, and they have three young children. He enjoys photography, cooking, and chess, and kickball. He was even a former member of the Missile Toes an over 30y/o championship kickball team!

Pat is a long time member of Skycrest UMC. Her position as office manager is her third career, after retiring from the Defense Industry and Real Estate. She lives in Safety Harbor with her husband David, and Rocky, their West Highland Terrier. Pat has 3 children and 5 grandchildren. She is a graduate of the University of Florida and is a huge Gator fan.

Kevin has experience leading musical initiatives within religious and nonprofit organizations and has a deep commitment to fostering musical and creative expression. In addition to music, Kevin operates Dorey Insurance & Benefit Group, where he specializes in Life, Health, and Workplace insurance. Kevin holds a Master of Arts in Worship and Leadership from Hope International University and has 2 adult children. He loves the beach, going to concerts and travel.

Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Florida Southern College (Go Mocs!), and is currently pursuing her Doctor of Occupational Therapy at Nova Southeastern University. When she is not at school or church, she is chasing around her three young children! She enjoys studying, bike riding, and trying new recipes.

Jennifer moved to Clearwater from Lindenhurst, New York when she retired in August 2016. She has over 40 years of experience in the accounting field and was last employed in New York as the Assistant Controller at one of the largest Fire Suppression Companies in the Tri-State Area. She is active in the community and is the Director of the Social Committee in the community where she lives.

Church music has always been Ginger's passion. Even before she received her music education at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, she was playing in churches by age 15. She has 3 daughters, 5 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.

Lisa started at Skycrest in January of 2021. Outside of Skycrest she is a birth and end of life doula, web designer, and writer. She is married with three children and three grandchildren. Her hobbies include photography, cooking, and gardening.
